Thеу аrе wеll-knοwn fοr thеіr hυgе temples аnd pyramids аnd mοѕt recently thеіr calendar thаt predicted thаt thе world wіll еnd іn 2012. Bυt hаνе уου еνеr wondered whаt happened tο thіѕ inexplicable people? Thіѕ wаѕ раrt οf a group presentation fοr mу Cultural Anthropology class.

@AnotherCompartment Incorrect again. This is not my fantasy of history. What I’ve said are facts written in the journals of the Invading Europeans. This information can easily be obtained from the various museums storing artifacts from that era.
@achcauhtliyaotl this is your fantasy of history. my “savage ancestors” were the nordic conquered irish and had nothing to do with the north american invasion. In fact, many native americans consider the irish their brethren.

What your savage ancestors did was not a simple “conquest.” They committed genocide against our people killing around 90% of our populace by slamming babies against parapet, feeding babies to dogs, burning people alive in groups of 13 (representing 12 apostles and jesus), raping women, beheading fathers and sons, and lynching people. You don’t call this barbaric? A conquest is when the Moors entered Spain to educate them, not erase them from the earh.

That’s sad how the white religions are finishing off our people by converting them in superstitious beasts like the white man. They use fire, which is a sacred symbol to the Mayans, to blend the Mayan beliefs with persons of christianity and thereby making christianity appealing. We were once THE GREATEST people in the world with unparalleled astronomy, mathematics, medicine, architecture, art, prose and now we’ve been cut-rate to a thing of the past by the white man.
